ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS once your order is placed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link for real-time updates.
  • We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Tier 1 Cities: 1-2 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2 Cities: 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 3-5 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service limitations.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order

ORDER TRACKING

  • A tracking link will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email and SMS
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently ship only within India
  • We do not ship to certain restricted areas as determined by our shipping partners
  • If you are located in an area where we cannot ship, we will notify you promptly

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All deliveries are address-specific, not person-specific
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the delivery person may attempt delivery again or leave the package in a safe location, depending on our courier partner's policy
  • In case of incorrect address information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
