Order Cancellation

• You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed. However, you may refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives.
• Important: No return requests will be entertained if you accept the delivery.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

• For orders cancelled before shipment, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (wallet, card, UPI ID, or bank account).
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Discount Vouchers and Cancellations

If you used a discount voucher when placing your order and subsequently cancel the order within 24 hours, we will refund both the actual amount paid and restore the discount voucher to your account.
