6. RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Enerchi accepts replacement or refund requests only under the following conditions:

Conditions:

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Mandatory documentation:

    • Unboxing video

    • Photos of outer box (front & back) with shipping label

    • Photos of all products received

    • Video proof of damage/defect (if applicable)

Process:

  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be processed

Enerchi reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these requirements.

7. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Products purchased via third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Requests raised after 48 hours

  • Missing documentation
