When is the Replacement Policy Applicable?

Return & Replacement Requirements
To qualify for a return or replacement:

- Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Documentation Required:
- An unboxing video showing the issue
- Photos of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label clearly visible
- A short video demonstrating the functionality of the damaged item (if applicable)
- Photos of all products received
Return Process

- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund.
